        神經(jīng)微環(huán)路研究組

        團隊成員

        1.   研究組長:王蘊研究員,神經(jīng)科學(xué)博士,研究生導(dǎo)師。2001年至2004年在美國耶魯大學(xué)從事神經(jīng)科學(xué)博士后工作,2004年至2013年在美國塔夫茨大學(xué)任副研究員,是歐盟“藍腦計劃”和“人腦計劃”的主要研究人員之一,于2011年回到溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)組建神經(jīng)微環(huán)路(NMRL)實驗室,并帶領(lǐng)溫州醫(yī)科大學(xué)參與人腦計劃項目,溫州市580人才計劃特聘專家。

        1.   大腦皮質(zhì)神經(jīng)元形態(tài)的三維再造及其基因調(diào)控

        2.   大腦及視網(wǎng)膜相關(guān)疾病的研究,如老年癡呆、癲癇、近視及弱視等

        Team members

        1.       Principle Investigator: Yun Wang , PhD

        Dr. Yun Wang, Neuroscience PhD, Master Tutor. In 2001, she started her postdoctoral career in neuroscience at Yale University in the United States. Then she joined at Tufts University in United States as an associate researcher during the period 2004-2013.She is one of the main researchers of Blue Brain Project and Human Brain Project funded by the European Union (EU). After she returned to Wenzhou Medical University, she established a Neural Microcircuitry Research Laboratory (NMRL) in 2011, and led the school to join in the Brain project in EU.

        Scope of Research Proposal

        1.         Study of neuronal morphology and classification based on the 3D reconstruction of various types of neurons of different brain regions such as cerebral cortex and sub-cortical regions, and to explore how changes in neuronal gene expression affect the morphology of neurons

        2.         Study the neuronal changes in the retina and visual cortex during the pathological condition, such as Alzheimer`s, epilepsy, Myopia, and Amblyopia, etc
